Classes at Just Pilates are taught according to the classical method. Our instructors will guide you through every exercise and will only rarely demonstrate an exercise. An instructor who participates in all the exercises, cannot focus fully on the client. We place great value on personal guidance.

The level of training of our instructors and the authentic Pilates method that we teach means we can deliver the results promised b Pilates.

Group classes

Our group classes are taught to small groups of up to 10-12 people. The only group classes available are mat classes, contrary to individual and duet sessions, which are taught on special Pilates equipment. Pilates is taught at three levels: basic, intermediate and advanced.

Personal & duet training sessions

A personal training session is an individual session aimed at the specific needs of your body. Every body is different and requires its own corrections.

Your daily movements greatly influence your posture and often cause changes in your body. In many cases, this leads to permanent changes which can cause complaints. These in turn influence your well-being. We give a great deal of attention to this during a personal training session. A personal training session is also recommended if you are suffering from or recuperating from an injury.The exercises are performed on equipment design specifically for Pilates.

Special classes

Besides personal and duet training sessions and group classes, we also provide special classes,for instance for pregnant women or for people with neck and/or back problems.
